You must provide the user code, shown on the latest bill.

If the request is sent by email, please also include your address and a telephone number in the message.

Special waste from domestic maintenance works

Fee-based and by appointment services, only for households and only in municipalities where available, for disposal of plasterboard, bituminous or tarred sheathing, rock wool and glass, fiberglass. In the Municipality of Venice, service available only on the mainland.

Water meter self-reading

Communicating the reading of your water meter during the period indicated on the bill allows you to pay only for the water actually used, and not based on an estimate. Keep handy the water contract number, shown on the first page of the bill.
