Veritas adopts business processes based on the principles of quality and maximum transparency towards the outside world, especially users. The organizational models applied therefore aim at achieving two objectives:
- to prevent and hinder behaviors that are contrary to the law;
- the best possible quality of activities and services.
To achieve these objectives, Veritas applies quality and environmental management systems through a gradual certification program. These systems have led to a different approach in the management of business processes, in order to comply not only with legal obligations but also by increasingly investing in human capital, the environment, and relationships with various local stakeholders.
Today Veritas – with the Integrated Water Service, Environmental Services, and Cemetery Services divisions – holds certifications according to the standards for quality and environmental management systems requirements (UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015).
Veritas and its subsidiary eco+eco have obtained ISO 37001 certification for anti-corruption management.
Periodically, certification bodies carry out audits at company sites, monitoring services.
