Veritas spa, as a company that manages local public services with full public ownership, has adopted since November 1, 2008 a “Regulation on personnel recruitment”, drafted pursuant to DL 112 of June 25, 2008, art. 18 and subsequent conversion law, which establishes criteria and methods for personnel recruitment in compliance with the principles of transparency, publicity, and impartiality.
The aforementioned Regulation applies to all employment relationships established with employees, both fixed-term and permanent, and is in accordance with the current Corporate Code of Ethics.
