The general requirements for external access are those contemplated by the current legal and contractual regulations, as well as any subsequent modifications and additions to them. In the event of new regulations, the access requirements will be governed on a case-by-case basis directly in the individual selection notices, until this Regulation is amended.
To be hired by Veritas spa and its subsidiaries – except as provided by current regulations on mandatory hiring – the following requirements are essential:
- absence of criminal convictions resulting from a final judgment;
- fitness for the position certified by the company’s competent doctor pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments;
- possession of the educational qualification and any other personal, professional, and/or special titles required by law or specified in the selection notice;
- the requirements must be held as of the deadline set in the selection notice for submitting the application for admission.
