Selection for external recruitment
The application for admission to the selection must be written on plain paper, based on the template attached to the notice, and include, in the form of substitute declarations of certification and/or notoriety pursuant to Arts. 46 and 47 of DPR 445/2000:
- detailed curriculum of the candidate containing personal details, telephone number and e-mail address if available, educational qualifications, any required licenses, professional experiences acquired, as well as any other information provided in the notice;
- declaration of absence of criminal convictions resulting from a final judgment or from a sentence of application of the penalty at the request of the parties pursuant to Art. 444 (so-called plea bargain sentences) – as well as irrevocable criminal conviction decrees, without prejudice to the effects resulting from any rehabilitation judgments or orders for extinction of crimes;
- any further information expressly requested by the selection notice;
- consent to the processing, by Veritas spa and/or its subsidiaries, of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679;
- the declaration regarding related parties as provided by the Organization and Management Model adopted by Veritas spa in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The absence of even a single required data, provided that it cannot be inferred from the overall content of the application, will be grounds for exclusion from the selection procedure.
Applications must be received strictly – under penalty of exclusion – in compliance with the procedures specifically indicated in the selection notice each time.
Veritas spa, as well as its subsidiaries, assumes no responsibility for the loss of communications due to incorrect address indication by the participant in the selection, nor for any postal or electronic delays or errors, or in any case attributable to third parties, accident, or force majeure.
